  • Follow the Audit Process at each Audit

  • Master QICand upload functions

  • Learn best practices for accuracy and productivity

  • Count All Areas of the Store

  • Develop mastery of each store section

  • Work effectively with crew members to meet client store requirements

  • Be proactive in supporting crew members

  • Communicate all concerns (both Quantum and client) to Audit Supervisor or Division Manager

  • Interact with Store Personnel

  • Be friendly and professional with store personnel

  • Learn and understand each SCRIPT value

  • Model the values at each audit

  • Continually Build Skills

  • Identify skill building targets each week and complete them

  • Build upon prior achievement (for example, counting level) to achieve more

 

 

AUDIT SUPERVISOR

  • Master the Audit Process

  • Use the procedures of the Audit Process in each audit

    • Complete All Paperwork of Each Audit

    • Complete all required client paperwork and reporting in a timely manner

    • Transmit all payroll, itinerary, invoicing information, etc. in a timely manner

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships

    • Communicate all client issues and concerns

    • Provide information and training to store managers

    • Be an Effective Team Leader

    • Initiate and maintain communication to keep others on the team informed.

    • Keep DM informed about Quantum Services and client concerns

    • Provide team direction and role model the SCRIPT values

    • Know all Division account procedures

    • Develop schedule with DM (if applicable)

    • Continually Build Skills

    • Assist others to identify and build their skills

    • Identify skill building targets each week and complete them

    DIVISION MANAGER

    • Plan and Schedule Divisional Work

    • Build a workable schedule seeking to make weekly continuous improvement

    • Keep technology, resources, and materials up to date and in ready supply

    • Direct Audits to Complete Schedule

    • Implement the elements of the Audit Process at every audit

    • Audit all stores to meet client frequency requirements

    • Train, Support, Deploy Your People

    • Establish efficient work assignments and change as needed

    • Maintain an accurate understanding of current skills and support efforts of all to build skills

    • Communicate Quantum Services information and issues to all Division people on a regular basis

    • Build Sustaining Relationships with Clients

    • Maintain effective communication with each client

    • Secure evidence each month of value provided to each client

    • Teamwork and Reporting

    • Maintain a pattern of reporting and information sharing with your DO

    • Consistantly provide information including payroll, schedules, and itinerary to CSC

    • Continually Build Skills

    • Create and implement a monthly Division SCRIPT for Success

    • Identify personal monthly skill building targets and complete them
